Our staff are highly skilled and trained in a manner that they communicate effectively and offer our clients relevant solutions in a professional and timely manner. Our MIS system allows our staff to easily and quickly draw reports for things such as account related queries, stock on hand and even purchasing patterns. We have an active sales force in KwaZulu Natal and Gauteng region but we also service companies in other provinces and even countries in the SADC region.

We value costs as much as quality and subsequently we have tailor traded our cost saving strategies to reciprocate savings to our clients without sacrificing any service we offer or quality. We aim to price our offerings in a manner that allows us to grow with our clients in the long run by avoiding unjustified price increases and passing down savings where we are able to.

In the instance whereby new art work, plates and dies are required, please allow for approximately seven to twelve working days from approval of artwork. Consignment call offs or repeats orders will require between three and seven days for delivery. We are happy to work with customers for urgent enquiries, even after hours, weekends and on public holidays.

We are able to offer our clients solutions for the most basic requirements such as blank labels to complex full colour print with finishings such as plastic lamination, UV varnish, foiling and even reverse print. These capabilities, coupled with the manner in which we have set up our infrastructure allows us to be more dynamic and flexible than many our larger competitors.

In order to fulfil our goal of providing our clients with excellent products and services of the highest quality standards, we are proud to announce that we are ISO 9001 accredited. We strive to use only SABS approved companies as our primary raw material suppliers so that we have full traceability of our products. We also train our staff to be quality conscious at every level of the organisation.

We also provide clients with barcode verification reports and certificates of conformance

upon request.

Furthermore, we are preferred suppliers to the Pick n Pay group and we service many customers who pack for the major retailers such as Woolworths, Clicks, Checkers and even Dischem. Subsequently, we are aware of and adhere to their quality expectations.

In order to offer our clients a holistic communications design offering, we have a fully fledged marketing division in house which comprises of talented and experienced marketers. We don’t just print labels; we work with our customers and help them build their brands by offering them unique and intelligent solutions. 

We also offer various additional services such as corporate gifting solutions as well as over printers and ribbons sales and servicing.

As a professional printing service provider, we are committed to product safety and environmental care. We strive to use processes, materials, inks and finishing techniques that are tested according to international standards. We are able to provide specification sheets for all major raw materials utilised such as paper and inks.

As a family run business with over 35 years of industry experience, the directors of the business play an active role at all levels of the organisation and take a personal interest in every job that enters our pipeline.

We love print! We are so passionate about print that some would say that we have inks running through our veins. Like all businesses we aim to make profits, however, deriving profits are not what drive us but rather a consequence of what we do and how we do it.
